Terms and Privacy

Terms of Service

By using tekefy.com or engaging 15349001 Canada Inc., operating as Tekefy ("Tekefy", "we"), a federal Canadian corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario, you agree to these terms. Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario govern them.

  • Services. The offers are a free audit call, the AI Opportunity Blueprint, the Automation Launch Sprint, Managed AI Operations, and Platform Fit Advisory. Scope and fees are confirmed in writing. We do not sell hourly retainers, SEO or social retainers, or greenfield custom software.
  • Payment. Blueprint and Sprint: 50% on acceptance, balance on delivery. Managed AI Operations is billed monthly in advance. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
  • Ownership. On full payment you own the custom deliverables. We keep our pre-existing tools and know-how.
  • Warranties. We work with professional care. We do not guarantee a business outcome. Third-party platforms are provided as they are.
  • Liability. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the prior three months.

Privacy

  • What we collect. Name, email, company, and message if you send the contact form. Basic, cookie-less analytics if that tool is switched on.
  • Solution Finder. Your answers are sent to an AI provider to generate the map. They are not used to train models. We keep them only as the brief emailed to Tekefy if you choose to send it. An email address is requested only at that last step, and only so we can send the map and follow up once.
  • How we use it. To answer you and to deliver the work. We do not sell personal information.
  • Your rights. Email hello@tekefy.com to access, correct, or delete what we hold.
