The Tekefy Automation Governance Standard

One page. No email wall. This is how every system ships.

  1. Approved plan before build

Every automation starts from a written scope that names the workflows in and out of scope. Anything new is a quoted change.

  2. Human approval gates

Any step that sends money, contacts a customer, or changes a record of consequence has a documented human checkpoint until the client signs it off as autonomous.

  3. Audit trail

Every run is logged: what ran, on what input, what it produced, and who approved. The logs belong to the client.

  4. Spend caps

AI and tool usage has hard monthly caps with alerts. No surprise bills.

  5. Staging first

Nothing ships to a live system untested.

  6. Model and version record

Which AI model and which workflow version is live, and when it changed, is written down.

  7. Data handling notes

What data goes where, which providers see it, and what is retained. Personal data is minimized. The notes are written with PIPEDA in mind.

  8. Named operator of record

One accountable person, a monthly report, and a reply within one business day. That is the same promise as the contact page.

  9. What stays human

Every plan names the decisions that remain with people.

This site runs on the same method: origin allowlisting, rate limits, spend caps, and a model record on every AI call. How this site is built
