Clear scope, clear pricing, clear reporting. No black boxes.
Tekefy installs the automation and stays. You work with the engineer who builds it.
The work started in Shopify stores: themes, menus, and cart fixes, shipped in phases. The useful lesson was not "build more software." It was "configure what the client already has, and do not push it live untested."
That became the playbook. A requirements review that talks a client out of a large custom build is a successful engagement. Governed AI operations is the same habit applied to automations: a written scope, a human gate, a record of what ran.
The engineer who scopes it is the engineer who builds it. The scoping conversation and the build are not handed to a separate crew.
The name: Tek, from the Swedish teknik (technology), plus -efy: bringing a business, a service, or a product up to current technology. Right now that means AI, run carefully.
