What actually happens in a free AI audit call
"Free audit" can sound like code for "sales call." Ours isn't — and it's worth explaining exactly what the 30 minutes of the audit call look like, so you know what you're signing up for.
Before the call
We ask two or three quick questions up front: what your business does, which tools you already use (CRM, inbox, store, spreadsheets), and what's currently eating your team's time. That's it — no forms to fill out for an hour. If you used the Solution Finder, its brief already answers them.
The 30 minutes
The audit call is a working conversation, structured around three questions:
- Where does the time go? We walk through your week and find the repetitive, manual work — the copy-pasting, the chasing, the re-typing.
- What's the cost of that? Hours lost, leads dropped, slow responses. We put rough numbers on it so we can prioritise.
- Where would AI or automation actually help? Not everything should be automated. We're just as clear about what isn't worth it yet.
What you walk away with
By the end you get a short, ranked list of your top three automation opportunities — each with a rough sense of effort, timeline, and the return you'd expect. It's yours to keep whether or not you work with us. Plenty of people take that map and implement it themselves; we're glad when they do.
No pitch, no obligation. If AI isn't the right move for you right now, we'll tell you that too.
Why give it away?
Two reasons. First, it's the honest way to scope work — we can't quote a project sensibly without understanding your workflows, and neither can you evaluate us without seeing how we think. Second, most people are pleasantly surprised by how much is possible, and a good number choose to keep working with us. That's a fair trade.
